Which Web Framework Should You learn in 2022 (based on open job positions in the US)?

If you are planning to learn a new web framework this year, but aren’t sure which one to choose, this article might help you make up your mind.
I’ll examine the open job position for full stack developers posted on the biggest websites for job listings to answer that question.

To estimate a number of opportunities for each framework, I ran a data crawler for the month of august on different employment websites for job listings. In total, there has been on average 23,542 open positions for full stack developers in the US.

The below pie chart shows that 46% of the open positions required knowledge of React.js framework. The second most wanted web framework was Angular with 30%, followed by Spring Framework for Java.

One thing which really surprised me was that only 3.48 % of the open position in the US for the month of august required knowledge regarding Django.
